Reflect
Think about all the people who have many material possession, and are unhappy. While many of our brothers and sisters with limited material possessions are filled with joy.
Support
Help each other in the good and bad times. Be a pillar of support for your family, your neighbors, your friends, and yes, even to those who would do you wrong.
Healthy
Stay healthy and well in mind body and spirit. Your body is a living vessel that needs to be maintained with good diet, exercise, healthy habits and daily conversation with the Lord.
