Welcome to your new Serenity email… follow the video to get started. You can stop, pause and rewind at anytime if you miss something.

For those who do no like video instructions, here’s the step by step

Serenity E-Mail Access

STEP 1a – Open your favorite web browser and go to


STEP 1b – Open your favorite web browser and go to and click on “Links” then select “Serenity E-Mail”

Either of the previous steps will take you to the same place…

STEP 2 – You must enter the full email address: example, “”, and your password.

STEP 3 – You are now logged into the mail email client. It is recommended that you change the default password to something more secure. You can do that by clicking on “Password & Security”, highlighted in the image below.

STEP 4 – After clicking on “Password & Security” you will be given the option to create a new password.

I realize that it says in the picture “5 characters long”, but it should say 10 characters.

*** New Passwords guideline***

– Be at least 10 characters long

– Have upper and lower case letters

– Include at least 1 number

– Include at least 1 special character (&^%$@!)

The password strength meter will gauge your password strength and will not allow anything that scores less than a 65 on the strength scale.

STEP 5 – Once you have a password that scores higher than a 65 on the scale, click the “Save” button and you are almost ready to use Serenity E-mail system.

STEP 6 – Click on the Webmail logo at the top left to return the main mail e-mail area.

STEP 7 – Once you are back in the main e-mail area, you should logout by clicking LOGOUT in the top right-hand corner. After a successful logout… you should log back in again with your new password.

STEP 8 – Once you are back in the main e-mail area, all you need to do is click on the “Open” button and you are ready to send and receive emails with your new Serenity account.
